What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet customers and build trust quickly
• Write accurate, profitable service estimates
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
• Manage service workflows from check-in to delivery
• Recommend needed maintenance and repairs ethically
• Drive sales while delivering top-tier customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer
• Strong sales skills and closing ability
• Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of repairs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
• Organized, professional, and customer-focused
• Motivated by income, performance, and growth
