AutoShop Recruiting is currently working with a well-established multi-location automotive repair organization in the Plaistow, NH area that is looking to hire an experienced Automotive Store Manager / General Manager.

This role is ideal for an experienced automotive leader who enjoys running a shop, developing strong teams, and driving revenue growth while delivering excellent customer service.

The shop has an established customer base, strong technician team, and significant growth potential.

Compensation

Up to $130,000+ per year

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the automotive repair facility

• Lead and manage a team of service advisors and technicians

• Drive sales performance, car count, and shop profitability

• Monitor key performance metrics including:

• Average Repair Order (ARO)
• Gross Profit
• Technician productivity
• Car count

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

• Hire, train, and develop team members

• Maintain efficient workflow between front counter and technicians

• Resolve customer concerns professionally

Qualifications

5+ years of automotive industry experience

Previous experience as a:

• Store Manager

• General Manager

• Service Manager

• Senior Service Advisor ready for a leadership role
