Lead European Automotive Technician (A-Level / Heavy Hitter)

Our shop is a rapidly growing, family-owned European and import-focused repair facility located in the highly desirable Amelia Island area. This is a newly acquired and restructured shop that is already breaking records and producing strong revenue within its first month of operation.

We are backed by proven systems, leadership, and coaching, and operate with a high-performance, high-efficiency “Rack Attack” workflow. Our shop is busy every single day, with consistent car count and work volume—we simply need the right technician to help us keep up and lead from the front.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a true A-Level European Technician—a producer, a leader, and a “hammer”—to step in and help drive production, quality, and shop performance.

This is NOT an entry-level role. This is for someone who:

• Can diagnose and repair European & import vehicles with confidence
• Can turn hours consistently (100+ hours/week shop demand)
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-based production environment
• Wants to be a key player in a growing operation

What You’ll Work On

• European & Import vehicles (Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc.)
• Some Asian imports and occasional exotics (Maserati, Aston Martin)
• Full-spectrum repairs:
• Advanced diagnostics
• Engine & transmission work
• Timing chains, major tear-downs
• Maintenance, brakes, suspension, alignments

This shop is built to focus on high-efficiency, modern repair and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong A-Level or high B-Level Technician
• Proven experience with European vehicles
• Ability to diagnose, not just replace parts
• High production mindset — must be able to move
• Team-oriented and comfortable in a structured workflow system
• Open to dealership or independent background (as long as you can produce)

Compensation & Schedule

• $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
• NO WEEKENDS
• Full-time, stable workload (no shortage of hours)
