✅ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance as a Master Technician on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
• Tackle advanced drivability and electrical issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct in-depth inspections to support accurate repair recommendations
• Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to ensure a smooth workflow
• Work directly with service advisors to ensure clear communication between the customer and the technician team
• Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe — like a true pro mechanic should

🔧 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician or Master Mechanic
• ASE Master Certification preferred (or equivalent experience with a willingness to certify)
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues
• Ability to work independently as a lead technician and help mentor less experienced mechanics
• Up-to-date with current diagnostic tools and technician technology
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Must have your own tools — we provide specialty equipment and advanced diagnostics
