Our client is a well-established, multi-location independent auto repair group with a strong reputation, steady car count, and a loyal, happy customer base. Their North Conway location is a 6-bay, high-performing shop that is already running well and now needs a strong Automotive Service Manager to lead the operation, coach the team, and drive consistent performance.
This is not a turnaround shop. This is a healthy, organized operation looking for a proven leader who knows how to run a tight service drive, support technicians, and keep customers coming back.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service drive and shop workflow
- Lead, coach, and support the Service Advisor and Technician team
- Ensure inspections are completed and presented consistently
- Drive ARO, GP, and closing ratios through process—not pressure
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Schedule workflow efficiently to keep bays full and techs productive
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Work closely with ownership and multi-location leadership to execute standards
