Automotive Service Manager – Multi-Location Auto Repair Group

Location: North Conway, NH

Compensation: $78,000 base salary + performance bonus

Total Earning Potential: $120,000–$150,000+


About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, multi-location independent auto repair group with a strong reputation, steady car count, and a loyal, happy customer base. Their North Conway location is a 6-bay, high-performing shop that is already running well and now needs a strong Automotive Service Manager to lead the operation, coach the team, and drive consistent performance.

This is not a turnaround shop. This is a healthy, organized operation looking for a proven leader who knows how to run a tight service drive, support technicians, and keep customers coming back.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the service drive and shop workflow
  • Lead, coach, and support the Service Advisor and Technician team
  • Ensure inspections are completed and presented consistently
  • Drive ARO, GP, and closing ratios through process—not pressure
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Schedule workflow efficiently to keep bays full and techs productive
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and confidence
  • Work closely with ownership and multi-location leadership to execute standards


Who This Role Is For

  • Experienced Automotive Service Manager or strong Senior Service Advisor ready to step up
  • Proven leadership experience in an independent or aftermarket shop
  • Strong understanding of shop KPIs (ARO, GP%, car count, productivity)
