Service Advisor – European Automotive Repair

We’re a top-performing independent European automotive repair shop with a beautiful, modern facility in Northbrook, IL. Known for our precision work, loyal client base, and high-end vehicles, we service brands like BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, Land Rover, VW, and more.

We’re looking for a professional, organized, and personable Service Advisor who understands the expectations of European car owners and can deliver an exceptional customer experience — every time.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians
• Write accurate repair orders, explain service recommendations, and follow up throughout the process
• Help customers understand what’s urgent, what can wait, and how to protect their investment
• Collaborate closely with the tech team to ensure smooth communication and workflow
• Handle scheduling, parts coordination, and ensure all jobs are completed on time
• Maintain clean, professional customer records and service history

🔧 What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor (European/import experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of luxury and performance vehicle expectations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to sell needed services without pressure — focused on transparency and education
• Familiarity with shop management software (Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, RO Writer, etc.)
• Passion for the automotive industry and a calm, confident demeanor under pressure
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
