A busy and growing automotive repair shop in Mansfield, TX is looking for a friendly and dependable Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join the team. This role is the first and last point of contact for many customers, so professionalism, organization, and a positive attitude are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit card, etc.).
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with basic customer inquiries.
• Help coordinate communication between customers, service advisors, and technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and general administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth checkout process.

Qualifications
