Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superstar Automotive Recruiter based in Houston, TX. The Superstar Automotive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier automotive professionals, building a strong network of candidates, conducting interviews, and matching candidates with suitable positions within automotive companies.

Qualifications

• Must be a fearless, closer, hammer Recruiter who can call into shops to recruit top tier automotive technicians and advisors
• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Networking skills
• Automotive industry knowledge and experience
• Interviewing and Candidate Assessment skills
• Strong Communication and Relationship-building skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn)
• Proven track record of successful placements
