🚗 Now Hiring: B Level Automotive Technician — Santa Rosa, CA
Pay: Up to $36.50/hr base hourly wage (depending on experience) + production bonuses + team production bonuses + $0.25/hr raise for each ASE certification
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

One of our top-performing client shops in Santa Rosa, CA is looking to add a dependable technician to their fast-growing team. This shop has doubled revenue over the past year, maintains an ARO of around $1,100, and has the car count, systems, and leadership in place to keep the right technician busy.
What You’ll Do
✅ Perform general repair and maintenance work on domestic and Asian vehicles, with some European work as well
✅ Handle brakes, suspension, steering, cooling system repairs, tune-ups, and other light to mid-level repair work
✅ Complete thorough inspections and clearly communicate findings to the service team
✅ Stay productive in a busy shop environment with strong workflow and steady car count
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

💲 Compensation plan up to $36.50/hr base hourly wage, depending on experience level

✔ Solid B Technician experience in a professional automotive repair environment
✔ Strong mechanical ability with confidence in general service and light to mid-level repair work
✔ Ability to perform accurate inspections and identify legitimate repair needs
✔ Team player who works well with advisors and fellow technicians
✔ Reliable, positive, and consistent work ethic
✔ ASE certifications are a plus and directly rewarded
