Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who loves helping customers but is ready for a different challenge?

Adams Automotive is building the future of automotive customer experience, and we’re looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Remote Inbound Call Center team.

This is not a traditional call center role.

You will be helping customers across multiple locations, converting inbound opportunities into appointments, supporting our service teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call.

As part of Auto Hospitality Group, a rapidly growing automotive platform company, we’re building centralized support systems that will eventually serve 14+ locations and continue expanding nationwide.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Build trust and rapport with customers
• Convert inbound opportunities into booked appointments
• Review vehicle history and customer concerns
• Coordinate with service advisors and managers at multiple locations
• Deliver world-class customer service
• Support customer retention efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working in multiple software systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Positive, team-first attitude
