Compensation:

A-Level Technician: $100,000–$125,000+

B-Level Technician: $70,000–$85,000+

About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, multi-location independent auto repair group with a strong reputation, steady car count, and a loyal customer base. Their North Conway location is a 6-bay, high-performing shop that continues to grow and now needs an additional Automotive Technician to join the team.

Ownership would prefer to bring on an A-Level Technician, but they are also open to a strong B-Level Technician who wants to grow into a higher-level role. This is not a struggling shop looking to get by. This is a well-run operation with strong leadership, consistent workflow, and a team that respects technicians and supports them with the tools and processes needed to stay productive and profitable.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
• Perform inspections and communicate findings clearly to the Service Advisor team
• Handle general repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and maintenance services
• Advanced diagnostics and complex repairs for A-Level Technicians
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with the Service Advisor and Service Manager to keep workflow moving smoothly
• Deliver quality workmanship that builds long-term customer trust
