A-Level / B-Level Automotive Technician (High-Volume Tire & Service Shop)

Location: Daphne, AL (Baldwin County — one of the fastest-growing markets in the state)

Company: Our client, a top-performing, multi-location Tire & Auto Repair group (75% Service/25% Tire)

Schedule: Full-time (Mon–Fri) + Rotating Half-Day Saturdays (1:30pm close)

Compensation: Flat Rate — unlimited hours available

About the Opportunity

This is the shop technicians talk about. Our client operates one of the highest-volume Tire & Service centers in the entire Gulf Coast region. Their Daphne location is exploding with growth and turning away work simply because the two current technicians cannot keep up. One of them is flagging 130+ hours every week, and the car count continues to climb. They’re adding one more full-time Automotive Technician to the team — not because someone left, but because the demand is overflowing. If you are a high-output under-car / steering & suspension technician who thrives in fast-paced, high-car-count environments… this is an all-you-can-eat opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-yield, low-risk mechanical repairs (steering, suspension, brakes, under-car, etc.).
• Work almost exclusively on approved work already inspected and sold by GS/Service Advisors.
• Keep bays moving with quick, profitable flag-hour opportunities.
• Collaborate with a strong service team who believes in supporting technicians, not slowing them down.
• Maintain a clean, efficient workflow in a 10-bay dealership-style setup.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday full days, 5 Day Workweek
• Saturdays: Half-day (until 1:30pm), rotation dependent on the manager
• Closed Sundays
