Compensation: $30-$48+ Flat Rate Hour (Based on Experience & Production)

Potential Earnings: $90,000-$120,000+

What You'll Be Doing

  • Diagnose drivability, electrical, engine performance, and mechanical concerns
  • Utilize scan tools, testing equipment, and repair information to accurately identify failures
  • Perform repairs efficiently and correctly the first time
  • Complete inspections and communicate findings clearly with the service team
  • Maintain productivity while minimizing comebacks
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Contribute to a positive team culture


Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a technician who can work independently, think critically, and take pride in quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
  • Proven experience as an A-Level or Master Technician
  • Ability to properly diagnose issues rather than relying on parts replacement
  • Experience using modern diagnostic equipment and repair information systems
  • Independent repair shop and/or dealership experience
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


Typical Vehicle Mix

The shop services a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles, including many Japanese and domestic brands.

Technicians perform everything from maintenance and brake repairs to advanced drivability, electrical, and diagnostic work.
