Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with exceptional customer service skills.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services while effectively communicating options.
• Document service orders and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Stay updated on automotive trends and dealership practices to provide informed advice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service writing and customer service
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair
• Sales skills with a focus on auto estimating and service management
• Familiarity with dealership operations and service technician experience
• Relevant experience in areas such as transmissions, brake repair, and diesel engine repair
