Position: Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

What you’ll do

• Greet customers, write repair orders, and present recommendations with confidence & integrity
• Manage the service workflow with techs and parts; keep customers updated through completion
• Drive upsell/maintenance adoption while protecting CSI and trust
• Review DVIs/inspection photos (and help expand photo usage) to improve clarity and close rates
• Hit and exceed targets: gross produced, close %, hours per RO, and review goals

What you’ll bring

• Proven Service Advisor success in dealership or high-volume shop (CDJR experience a plus; strong Advisors from any brand are welcome)
• Sales mindset with excellent communication, follow-through, and professionalism
• Organized under pressure; tech-savvy with DMS/DVI tools
• Team player who elevates shop culture and customer experience

Compensation & schedule

• Hourly: $16–$18/hr (Massachusetts hourly requirement)
• Commission: ~6.5% of personal gross + up to 1% CSI bonus (≈ 7.5% total)
• Typical earnings: $70,000 – $120,000+, depending on performance
• Full benefits package offered (details shared in interview); growth paths across multiple stores
