Schedule: Weekend Work Required | 5-Day Work Week with Two Consecutive Days Off During the Week

The Role
This position focuses on high-volume undercar repairs, including brakes and suspension, while supporting the shop’s Rack Attack inspection process. This role does require weekend availability, balanced by two consistent days off during the week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform undercar repairs including:
- Brake systems (pads, rotors, calipers)
- Suspension and steering components
- Shocks, struts, control arms, ball joints, tie rods
- Support the Rack Attack inspection process, including underhood, mid-rise, and high-rise inspections
- Complete assigned repairs efficiently and accurately
- Work within a structured system designed to keep bays full
- Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
Important:
Technicians are not responsible for selling work or building inspections. The Rack Attack process is handled by designated staff so you can focus on turning hours and producing quality work.
Compensation Details
- Hourly pay up to $20/hour, based on experience
- Additional $5-$7 per flagged hour performance bonus

What We’re Looking For
- Automotive C Technician experience with brakes and suspension
- Comfortable with high-volume undercar work
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willing to work weekends in exchange for weekday time off
- Coachable mindset with interest in skill growth
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
