Position: Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Location: Decatur, GA & Lawrenceville, GA

Compensation:

• Base: $70,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)

• Bonus: 1–2% of Total Shop Gross Profit (P&L)

• Every vehicle receives a structured inspection process — creating consistent opportunities on every RO

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet customers and build rapport quickly

• Perform walkarounds and communicate vehicle needs clearly

• Present recommended services in a way customers understand and trust

• Ask for the sale and consistently close approved work

• Follow up on declined work and capture missed opportunities

• Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate recommendations

• Keep workflow moving and customers informed throughout the process

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Service Advisor experience preferred

• Proven ability to consistently sell and close automotive service

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced shop

• Organized, driven, and results-oriented

• Team player who wants to win as a group
