Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
• Write and manage repair orders, present recommendations, and provide accurate estimates.
• Build strong customer relationships through transparency, communication, and follow-through.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
• Track approvals, follow up consistently, and hit daily and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain high CSI while driving strong ARO and overall shop performance.
• Keep the front end organized, professional, and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (independent shop preferred).
• Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems across domestic and import vehicles.
• Experience with shop management systems (Tekmetric, RO Writer, Mitchell, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated to earn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
