Responsibilities:

Tire Services

• Perform tire installations, rotations, and balancing, ensuring proper fitment and vehicle alignment.
• Diagnose and repair tire-related issues such as punctures, leaks, and tread wear.
• Stay updated on tire types, brands, and latest tire technology.

Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair:

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, using advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify issues across various systems.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid exchanges.
• Perform repairs on key vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, suspension, electrical components, and transmissions.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs.

Time Management & Quality Assurance:

• Complete all repairs within the assigned timeframe while upholding the highest standards of workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.

Team Collaboration:

• Foster a cooperative work environment, communicating effectively with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training junior technicians on tire services and basic vehicle maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive technology program is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with proven expertise in tire installations, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive issues.
• Proficiency in using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and tire technology is a must.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
