We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-performing auto repair facility in Waldorf, MD. This is a full leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, coach your team, and drive results in customer service and sales. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HAMMER! MUST BE ABLE TO LEAD A SHOP THAT DOES OVER $400,000/month IN SALES!

• Lead and develop service advisors and technicians
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and shop efficiency
• Monitor KPIs, control costs, and grow revenue

• 3+ years of automotive service or shop management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and performance
