General Service Technician / Mechanic (GST)

Location: Spring, TX

Schedule: Saturday Availability Required | 5-Day Work Week with Two Consecutive Weekdays Off

Compensation: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience

The Role

This position is ideal for a General Service Technician who prefers consistent, high-volume maintenance work rather than heavy mechanical repairs.

You will focus on routine services and inspections that keep the shop flowing efficiently. Weekend availability is required and balanced by two consecutive days off during the week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform state inspections
• Complete oil changes and routine maintenance services
• Execute Rack Attack inspections (underhood, mid-rise, and high-rise)
• Replace light maintenance items such as:
• Batteries
• Filters
• Wiper blades
• Fluids
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
• Work within a structured system designed to keep bays moving

Important to Know

• No sales responsibilities
• No heavy mechanical or undercar repair work
• Inspections and workflow are clearly defined so you can stay productive
• This is a true General Service role—not a “do everything” position

Compensation Details
