🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and top-tier service
• Managing and mentoring service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Driving performance metrics (sales, GP, car count, CSI) while maintaining a positive culture
• Overseeing scheduling, parts ordering, customer interactions, and financial targets
• Partnering with ownership on strategic decisions and long-term shop success

• 5+ years of management experience in an automotive repair shop or service center
• A proven track record of increasing shop performance and profitability
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Customer-first mindset with exceptional communication abilities
• Familiarity with shop management systems and modern KPIs
