The Opportunity

This is a unique hybrid role for a motivated Parts Specialist who will:

• Manage the shop’s parts and inventory process efficiently.
• Assist with the WickedFile process to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
• Train and develop into a Service Advisor role, gaining customer-facing experience over time.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow into a customer service and advisory position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily parts ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records of parts usage and availability.
• Support the service team by ensuring parts are ready and organized for scheduled repairs.
• Assist with the WickedFile process and other administrative shop tasks.
• Shadow and learn from experienced Service Advisors with the goal of transitioning into that role.
• Provide support to customers and technicians as needed.
