Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring top performance through training, motivation, and annual reviews.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.
• Oversee and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Monitor equipment to ensure OSHA compliance and operational reliability.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend cost-saving and efficiency-boosting improvements.
• Collaborate with Plant Management to align maintenance with operational goals.

What You Bring

• Required:
• Associate’s degree or technical certification.
• 8+ years in maintenance and process manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Strong expertise in CMMS, equipment repair, and MS Office.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Preferred:
• Experience managing fast-paced plant operations.
