Location: Northern Fresno County, CA

Join our dynamic team as a Production Manager, leading operations at our snack food manufacturing facility. We’re seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and packaging processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering accountability and growth.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvements.
• Optimize packaging operations for quality and sustainability.
• Collaborate with QA and Maintenance teams to meet regulatory and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and proven food manufacturing experience.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Packaging process knowledge and bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English (preferred).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
