What You’ll Do

• Lead relationships with closely held businesses & high-net-worth clients
• Oversee tax compliance & planning (individuals, partnerships, S-corps)
• Manage and grow Client Accounting Services (CAS) engagements
• Act as a trusted advisor, not just a reviewer
• Mentor staff and contribute to firm growth

What You Bring

• CPA required
• 10–15+ years in public accounting (local/small regional firm preferred)
• Experience in PCS tax + CAS
• Strong client-facing skills and ownership mindset
