Job Title: Product Marketing Manager – Gaming Accessories & Handheld Devices
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid Work Arrangement - up to 3x/ week onsite)
Rate: $56-$58 / hour
Duration: Through 6/30/26 (extension possible)
Summary
The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies for handheld gaming devices and accessories. This position is critical to driving awareness, engagement, and sales for both first-party and third-party products within a globally recognized gaming brand. The role ensures seamless alignment between internal teams and external partners, contributing to the success of emerging categories in the gaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute GTM plans for handheld devices and licensed accessories in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage marketing calendars, partner communications, and campaign deliverables for the Designed for Console program.
- Simplify complex technical and marketing information into compelling, visually engaging stories for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee sample inventory, logistics, and device readiness for marketing initiatives.
- Drive demand generation through strategic marketing campaigns across owned channels, including web, social media, CRM, and influencer programs.
- Coordinate asset procurement, approvals, and partner collaboration to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Measurable Outcomes
- Successful execution of GTM deliverables within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Positive feedback from internal teams and external partners on communication and collaboration.
- Increased awareness and engagement for handheld and accessory programs through marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality work without extensive oversight.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years in marketing roles, with at least 8+ years in strategic marketing and storytelling.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
Core Skills:
- Expertise in GTM planning and execution.
- Compelling visual storytelling and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with gaming consoles, accessories, or consumer technology products.
- Knowledge of licensed partnerships and third-party product marketing.
- Familiarity with gaming subscriptions and cloud gaming technologies.
- Proficiency in logistics and sample management processes.
