Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: 5 days a week onsite - Redmond, WA

Rate: $36-$38 / hour

Duration: Through 6/30/26 - expected to be an 18 month contract.


We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our client's Digital, a global IT services and technologies portfolio within their Commercial Division. This role is pivotal in enabling internal operations and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will have recent high-tech experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and manage expense reports and travel bookings for leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records of team activities and budgets.

Event Coordination & Logistics

  • Plan and execute quarterly all-hands meetings, morale events, and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate AV setup, material collection, and onsite logistics for large in-person events.

Calendar & Scheduling

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Schedule meetings and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with a community of five existing admins to support global operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Measurable Outcomes

  • Successful execution of major campus move and related logistics by January.
  • Timely and accurate completion of expense reports and travel arrangements.
  • Delivery of quarterly all-hands events with zero logistical issues.
  • Positive feedback from leadership and team on communication and collaboration effectiveness.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8–10 years in administrative roles, with leadership support experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with our client's internal tools and policies.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in space planning and asset inventory.
  • Background in event planning and team engagement initiatives.
