Job Title: Program Manager - B2B and ABM Marketing

Location: Hybrid - Remote approximately once per month or as needed for collaboration in Redmond WA

Rate: $73-$75 hourly

Duration: Through June 30, 2027


This role serves as a strategic Business Operations and Program Management lead within a digitally focused B2B marketing organization. The position is responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling scalable marketing execution, and supporting leadership decision-making through structured processes, data insights, and governance.

The individual will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing AI-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency, improve visibility, and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across digital channels.


Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or marketing operations
  • Proven experience supporting executive-level initiatives and cross-functional programs
  • Demonstrated background in B2B digital marketing environments, including ABM strategies
  • Experience managing end-to-end processes and business planning cycles

Core Skills

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing operations and customer journey orchestration
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in KPI and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Smartsheet)
  • Experience implementing AI tools and automation within business or marketing workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)

Assessment Process

  • One round of HSAs
  • Candidates are expected to present and articulate relevant prior experience in business operations, digital marketing, and program management

Business Process Operations

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes supporting marketing execution, resource planning, and performance tracking
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to drive automation, standardization, and workflow optimization
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance execution quality
  • Manage operational tools and systems, including collaboration, workflow tracking, and reporting platforms
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including playbooks, process guides, and training materials
  • Ensure end-to-end process clarity, consistency, and accessibility across teams

Business Management & Strategy

  • Partner with leadership on business planning activities, including goal setting, budgeting, and resource alignment
  • Lead rhythm of business (RoB) activities such as Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Track and report on KPIs, OKRs, and key strategic initiatives
  • Use data and AI-driven insights to inform decision-making and performance improvements
  • Provide executive-level communications, including presentations, updates, and strategic recommendations
  • Support vendor and contract management, including onboarding, compliance, and performance monitoring
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, delivering operational insights and driving alignment

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate across digital marketing channels including web, email, paid media, customer journey management, and analytics
  • Facilitate intake processes, prioritize workstreams, and drive execution across distributed teams
  • Surface risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization
