Job Title: Senior Program Manager | Finance

Location: Hybrid: Redmond, WA (3x weekly in office)

Rate: $90-91/hourly

Duration: Through 2/28/2027 (Extension possible)


The Finance Program Manager supports finance-wide innovation initiatives by driving solution adoption, enabling knowledge sharing, supporting change management activities, and helping deliver strategic innovation programs across finance organizations.

This role combines program management, stakeholder engagement, business process improvement, testing and validation, data migration support, reporting, and innovation prototyping. The successful candidate will play a key role in launching and supporting business solutions while helping finance organizations adopt new technologies and ways of working.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting solution launches, technology adoption, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with testing, user acceptance validation, and implementation support.
  • Experience working with enterprise business applications and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional programs in large organizations.
  • Finance business process knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance Gallery Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end solution gallery review and publication process.
  • Review incoming submissions and coordinate approvals.
  • Publish and promote business solutions across finance organizations.
  • Develop reporting and insights related to adoption, engagement, and program effectiveness.
  • Maintain gallery operations and help reduce existing backlog.

2. Finance Hub Support

  • Support testing, user acceptance validation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, process mapping, and requirements traceability efforts.
  • Partner with engineering teams to provide feedback and improve user experience.
  • Create and maintain communications, training materials, user documentation, and adoption resources.
  • Support launch readiness, rollout activities, and change management initiatives.

3. Data Migration and Validation

  • Execute and validate data migration activities supporting the transition from SharePoint to a custom web application.
  • Reconcile migrated data and ensure data quality and completeness.
  • Perform testing and validation activities to minimize migration risks.

4. Program and Stakeholder Support

  • Coordinate with finance stakeholders, engineering teams, and program leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive follow-through on commitments.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and priorities across innovation initiatives.
  • Support additional Finance Innovation projects as business needs evolve.

5. Innovation Prototyping

  • Explore and demonstrate emerging technologies and AI-powered solutions.
  • Develop lightweight prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Help business users understand opportunities for innovation and automation.
  • Support experimentation and adoption of modern productivity and AI tools.
