Job Title: Partnerships & Licensing Operations Lead
Location: HYBRID 3x/week onsite - Redmond, WA
Rate: $54-$56/ hour
Duration: 12 months with chance for extension
This role supports a large, high-visibility gaming studio by enabling partnerships and licensing initiatives that directly impact live gaming content and player experiences. The Business Development Coordinator partners closely with senior Business Development leaders to manage the operational, contractual, and process-driven aspects of gaming partnerships across their full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior Business Development managers in executing and managing partnership and licensing contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Prepare and maintain negotiation materials, contract templates, and supporting documentation across all deal stages.
- File, organize, and maintain agreements and related materials within contract management systems and SharePoint repositories.
- Execute supplier setup and partner payment requests using PaymentCentral and internal procurement and finance systems.
- Draft, review, and execute non-disclosure agreements for new partnerships where agreements are not already in place.
- Maintain licensed downloadable content rights trackers and other internal trackers, including monitoring expiration dates to support timely renewals and compliance.
- Support intake, triage, and response workflows for external partnership proposals.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and provide operational support on additional projects as needed.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline, optimize, and standardize Business Development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience in business development, contract management, or a paralegal function supporting commercial agreements.
- Strong preference for experience within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Prior experience working in or with Microsoft environments is highly desirable.

- Advanced experience managing legal and commercial contracts in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
- Strong project and task management capabilities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- High attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy, compliance, and documentation quality.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, and comfort navigating enterprise systems and workflows.
- Analytical skills to assess business trends, track obligations, and support revenue and expense forecasting as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to begin the contract in June 2026. Candidates unable to start until July 2026 will not be considered.
- Recent employment history should demonstrate continuity and relevance to business development, contract management, or legal operations.
- Proven capability to manage sensitive, time-critical information with professionalism and discretion.
