Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist
Location: 100% remote - preference for WA candidates
Compensation: $80K-$85K/ year + health benefits

The ANDERSEN Agency is seeking a highly driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build pipelines of top Program Management (predominantly in Marketing) talent for Fortune 500 high-tech clients.
This role operates in a fast-paced, competitive environment—including centralized sourcing programs, staff augmentation as well as for deliverables-based contracts —and requires both reactive delivery against open roles and proactive, always-on pipeline building.
What You’ll Do
· Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and advanced search techniques (Boolean, talent mapping)
· Build and maintain strong, diverse pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs
· Present candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offer and onboarding processes
· Use data to track pipeline health and continuously optimize sourcing effectiveness
· Drive employer branding through social media and talent engagement initiatives
· Conduct post-hire hiring manager check-ins to assess quality of hire and identify future talent demand
What You Bring
· 2–5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in high-tech environments
· An entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to learn and grow
· Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill or specialized roles
· Strong expertise in multichannel sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
· Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
· Data-driven mindset with experience managing pipelines and sourcing metrics
· Familiarity with marketing, GTM, or program management roles is a plus
