Job Title: Executive Assistant (Contract)
Location: HYBRID: Redmond, WA (3X/ week onsite)
Rate: $35-$37 per hour
Duration: Through 6/30/26 - chance for extension based on budget
Purpose of the Role
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and operational support to two General Managers within WWIC. The role enables executive effectiveness through advanced calendar management, travel coordination, operational planning, and Rhythm of Business support. The position requires exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, highly dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Complex Calendar and Meeting Management
- Own proactive, high‑volume calendaring across multiple time zones.
- Manage schedule prioritization, negotiation, and alignment to executive priorities.
- Coordinate with internal and external Executive Assistants to resolve conflicts and secure required attendees.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and stakeholders across the organization.
Travel and Logistics
- Plan and oversee end‑to‑end domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Coordinate logistics for summits, offsites, customer engagements, and leadership events.
- Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and on schedule.
Rhythm of Business and Operations
- Support fiscal year planning and operational cadence for WWIC.
- Build and maintain ROB processes in partnership with Business Management.
- Prepare agendas, drive meeting rhythms, track follow ups, and ensure operational alignment.
Operational and Project Coordination
- Oversee day‑to‑day team operations including space planning, onboarding, procurement, and DL ownership.
- Lead or support special initiatives across the executive organization.
- Track commitments and maintain clear communication flow to ensure alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Executive Assistant experience supporting Director, GM, or CVP‑level leaders within an Enterprise Technology Company
- Minimum twelve months of verifiable high-tech Executive Assistant background.
Core Skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
- Expertise in complex calendaring and travel logistics.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated executive presence.
- Ability to manage confidential information, exercise sound judgment, and navigate ambiguity.
- Familiarity with our client's internal tools, ROB frameworks, and planning processes.
- Strength in expense management, procurement systems, and documentation workflows.
