Location: Remote – must work PST business hours. No time-zone flexibility.

Rate: $41/hour

ANDERSEN is seeking an experienced Game and Media Producer to support a high-performing engineering systems team within a globally recognized gaming organization. This role will help drive sprint execution, release coordination, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring engineering systems, builds, and testing pipelines run smoothly for developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Create and maintain sprint dashboards, milestone trackers, calendars, and project documentation
  • Manage work items, user stories, bugs, and task tracking in Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Track team velocity, capacity, dependencies, risks, and blockers
  • Coordinate across engineering, QA, product, and partner teams to support release readiness
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and ensure follow-through on key decisions
  • Support release planning, testing coordination, regression tracking, and dependency management
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed

 

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

1. Technical Program Management / Producer Experience, 2-4+ Years

  • Experience supporting engineering, product, or development teams
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and drive execution

2. Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence, 2-4+ Years

  • Experience managing backlogs, sprint planning, work items, and project documentation
  • Strong understanding of engineering and software development workflows

3. Agile / Scrum Methodologies, 2-4+ Years

  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing team delivery
  • Ability to identify, track, and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies

Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience as a Producer, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager supporting engineering teams
  • Brings strong Agile and Scrum knowledge with hands-on sprint management experience
  • Has experience managing cross-functional and cross-team initiatives
  • Can effectively bridge communication between engineers, creative teams, and business stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapts quickly to change
  • Gaming studio experience is highly preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, product development, data analysis, or production
  • OR equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of related experience preferred
