Job Title: PowerPoint Design Specialist

Location: 100% Remote. PST hours required

Rate: $28-$30/ hour

Duration: Through 6/30/26

Purpose of the Role

This role supports a high‑impact design team responsible for developing polished, scalable, and innovative PowerPoint templates, slides, and visual systems. The designer will create content that directly shapes and improves AI‑generated presentation outputs, ensuring clarity, visual quality, and accessibility for large audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high‑quality PowerPoint templates, slide layouts, and visual systems.
• Produce polished, on‑brand presentation designs that balance aesthetics, clarity, and usability.
• Create assets that support experimental and innovation‑focused projects.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards.
• Deliver high‑volume design output with rapid turnaround while maintaining consistent quality.
• Collaborate closely with design leads to refine visual frameworks and influence evolving design standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

• Associate degree in design or a related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience

• Hands‑on experience designing content and templates in PowerPoint.
• Background in presentation design or template creation.
• Experience using modern AI‑driven design tools and image‑generation platforms.
• Familiarity with design tools including Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Core Skills

• Strong PowerPoint design expertise, including template creation.
• Ability to craft clear layout hierarchy, composition, typography, and multi‑page presentation structures.
• Capability to explore and produce diverse visual styles, including complex or experimental concepts.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and clear communication of data through charts and tables.
• Ability to iterate quickly and incorporate feedback.

Candidate Requirements

• Portfolio required.
• Must have hands‑on PowerPoint template creation experience; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
