Job Title: Business Administrative Assistant | Group Assistant

Duration: Through 11/30/2026 (Extension Possible)

Location: Redmond, WA

Rate: $33/Hourly


We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide operational and administrative support for a customer-focused engineering organization. This role will play a critical part in maintaining day-to-day team operations, coordinating activities, managing logistics, and ensuring a productive and organized work environment.

The successful candidate will support a highly collaborative team through a variety of administrative functions, including event coordination, office operations, device management, expense support, supply procurement, and team engagement initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional administrative, business, or office management training is preferred.

Experience

  • Previous experience in administrative support, office operations, or team coordination.
  • Experience supporting teams in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, and logistics.
  • Experience with expense management, purchasing, or procurement activities is preferred.

Candidate Requirements

Required

  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Redmond, WA five days per week.
  • Demonstrated administrative support experience in a professional environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple operational and administrative functions simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting customer-facing organizations.
  • Experience with expense reporting processes.
  • Experience with distribution group or alias management.
  • Experience coordinating morale initiatives and team engagement activities.
  • Experience with office space management and supply ordering.
  • Experience with device management and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy, fast-paced team.
  • Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist with policy and process adherence for team operations.
  • Manage team aliases and distribution groups.

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate team meetings, morale events, and internal gatherings.
  • Support logistics planning and execution for team events and activities.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparation and follow-up activities.

Office & Facilities Support

  • Manage office supplies and replenishment requests.
  • Coordinate space management activities and workspace logistics.
  • Support facility-related operational needs.

Device & Asset Management

  • Assist with device tracking, management, and operational support activities.
  • Coordinate hardware-related administrative processes.

Financial & Expense Support

  • Assist with expense reporting and financial tracking activities.
  • Support procurement and purchasing processes.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of departmental financial operations.

Customer Service & Team Support

  • Serve as a trusted administrative resource for team members.
  • Respond to requests and support operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help maintain a positive team culture through engagement and morale initiatives.

Travel Coordination

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics as needed.
