Job Title: Business Manager, Delivery Operations
Location: 100% remote (EST working hours preferred)
Rate: $52-$54

Purpose of the Role
This role supports delivery operations within a professional services organization focused on industry solutions. The Business Manager enables delivery teams by orchestrating business rhythms, managing reporting, ensuring operational accuracy, and supporting leadership forums. The position drives accountability, improves processes, and ensures alignment across regional and functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operating Rhythm

Morning: Review delivery health metrics across the Americas and prepare materials for leadership forums.

Midday: Orchestrate business rhythms such as Weekly Delivery Health Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews; coordinate with stakeholders across regions.

Afternoon: Develop reporting enhancements such as financial and leakage reports; streamline processes; support cross-functional initiatives.

Ad hoc: Manage escalations, support strategic and special initiatives, and occasionally present in leadership settings.
Core Functional Responsibilities
- Drive the Rhythm of Business (ROB) through scheduling, content preparation, stakeholder coordination, and communications.
- Review and validate operational data, identifying gaps and engaging content owners to resolve them.
- Contribute to the execution of business continuity and strategy-aligned initiatives.
- Support annual budgeting activities under direction.
- Lead or contribute to culture initiatives including diversity and inclusion, onboarding, and organizational health assessments.
- Execute internal communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across groups.
- Enable fact-based decision making through timely, accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Management, Program Coordination, or Operations in a regional or global organization.
- Experience supporting consulting, IT services, professional services, or vendor environments strongly preferred.
- Experience working directly with senior-level stakeholders and cross-functional groups.
Core Skills
- Minimum 8 years of Rhythm of Business support.
- Minimum 8 years of analyzing and validating data using Excel and Power BI; finance-related reporting experience preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of business management with direct stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive insights and decision support.
- Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure.
