Job Title: Business Intelligence & Data Quality Analyst

Location: Remote (PST Alignment)

Rate: $52.00/hour

The Materials Master Team (MMT) is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Data Quality Analyst to improve the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical supply chain master data. This role combines business intelligence development, data analysis, artificial intelligence solution design, and project leadership to drive measurable improvements in data quality and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will design and implement Power BI dashboards, AI-assisted solutions, and automation capabilities that identify, measure, and resolve data quality issues across enterprise systems, including product lifecycle management, ERP, and enterprise data platforms. The position requires an individual who can work independently, engage stakeholders directly, and transform complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.

Experience

• Proven experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience applying Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, AI agents, or similar AI technologies to solve business challenges.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple enterprise systems.
• Experience leading data quality, governance, remediation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and driving action plans through successful completion.
• Experience creating business process documentation, SOPs, and training content.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions focused on data quality, operational performance, and key business metrics.
• Create scalable analytics solutions that provide visibility into data trends, exceptions, and performance indicators.
• Develop metrics and reporting frameworks that support data governance and continuous improvement efforts.

AI & Automation Solutions

Data Quality Management

• Conduct root cause analysis to determine underlying data quality issues and recommend sustainable corrective actions.
• Establish monitoring processes, quality controls, and governance standards to improve long-term data integrity.
• Lead remediation initiatives and ensure resolution of high-priority issues.

Stakeholder & Project Leadership

• Gather requirements directly from business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Facilitate issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and action tracking to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive projects to completion while operating with minimal supervision.

Process Documentation & Training

• Create and maintain business rules, process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Support organizational adoption of new processes, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
