Job Title: Program Manager, Web Operations and Product Launches (Tech 4)
Location: 100% REMOTE, PST hours required
Rate: $76- $78/ hour
Duration: 18 months expected
This role supports a high-impact web strategy and integrated marketing organization responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise-scale websites. The Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery for web-based product launches and campaigns, ensuring operational rigor, cross-functional alignment, and high-quality execution at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project and program management for web-based product launches and marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage workback schedules, dependencies, and launch readiness milestones including QA and go or no-go decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, design, engineering, and external vendors
- Drive structured stakeholder communication and alignment across multiple business units
- Support rollout and governance of standardized processes including templates, SLAs, and launch playbooks
- Oversee review cycles to ensure compliance with quality, accessibility, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Manage issue tracking, risk mitigation, and release governance processes
- Utilize digital tools and systems to track project performance, progress, and deliverables
- Support web production workflows including CMS utilization and content deployment

- Effectiveness in delivering projects on time and within scope in a fast-paced environment
- Quality and consistency of stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration
- Ability to maintain operational rigor and ensure compliance with standards and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management with a focus on web, digital, or marketing initiatives
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale web or marketing programs
- Experience working within integrated marketing environments and supporting high-volume campaigns or product launches
- Background in software development lifecycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
