Job Title: Business Manager, Digital Gaming 3P Platforms
Location: HYBRID - 3X/ week onsite: Redmond, WA
Rate: $48-50/ hour
Duration: Through 6/30/26- Extension possible based on budget and performance
The Business Manager plays a critical role in enabling the success of the Digital Gaming 3P Platforms team by driving operational excellence, organizational health, communications, and strategic execution. This role partners closely with the Leadership Team and a broad set of cross‑functional stakeholders across Gaming, Gaming Marketing and Sales, Finance, HR, and corporate teams to ensure a well‑run organization with a strong rhythm of the business in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Typical Day in the Role
In a typical day, the Business Manager aligns priorities across the team’s Rhythm of the Business, partners with the Leadership Team and stakeholders to unblock decisions, and drives operating cadence through weekly leadership meeting coordination and action tracking. The role includes agenda development, content coordination, business planning, execution tracking, operational readiness, and close partnership with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and headcount. The Business Manager also supports organizational health and communications by producing executive‑ready updates that keep a complex organization aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Partner with the Digital Gaming 3P Platforms Leadership Team to establish and maintain a strong Rhythm of the Business with clear priorities and accountability.
- Lead end‑to‑end planning processes aligned with corporate planning cycles and integrated across Gaming Marketing and Sales and related organizations.
- Own weekly Leadership Team meeting operations including agenda development, content coordination, facilitation support, decision tracking, and follow‑up execution.
- Support day‑to‑day business operations including planning, execution tracking, and operational readiness.
- Partner with Finance to support budget, forecast, and headcount management with financial discipline and transparency.
- Define, plan, and drive cross‑team process improvements to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Own and maintain team intranet portals, operational processes, access models, and documentation.
Organizational Health
- Partner with HR and leadership to shape and execute the people and culture agenda.
- Lead and support team health initiatives including onboarding, morale‑building activities, offsites, and engagement programs.
- Coordinate internal forums and select customer or partner‑facing events as appropriate.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, change management, and engagement.
Communications
- Plan and deliver team communications including executive updates, newsletters, all‑hands content, and leadership presentations.
- Build clear narratives and materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic events.
- Manage communications across a broad stakeholder landscape to ensure meetings and engagements are well prepared and effective.
- Translate complex information into clear, actionable communications that drive alignment and execution.
Special Projects and Programs
- Lead and contribute to cross‑team initiatives supporting evolving business priorities.
- Partner closely with cross‑company stakeholders on integration‑related initiatives involving Activision, Blizzard, and Bethesda teams.
- Support fiscal year planning, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and other strategic planning milestones.
- Adapt quickly to changing needs and take ownership of new programs as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Liberal Arts, or Computer Science
- Or equivalent professional experience
Experience
- Solid experience in business management, business operations, planning, strategy, project or program management, finance, or human resources
- Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of formal education

Assessment Process
- Two interview rounds conducted via Microsoft Teams audio or phone calls, cameras off per policy
- Round 1 with team members
