Job Title: Business Manager – Industry Solutions Delivery Support
Location: 100% remote
Rate: $30-$32 / hour
Duration: Through 6/30/26
Purpose of the Role:
This role supports the delivery of industry solutions within a professional services organization. The team works directly with customers to enable purchased products and provide consultative guidance. The Business Manager will orchestrate business rhythms, manage reporting, and drive process improvements to ensure operational excellence and strategic enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Rhythm of Business (ROB) activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing content, and creating stakeholder decks.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly business reviews; ensure timely submission of materials.
- Review and validate data for accuracy; investigate gaps and liaise with content owners.
- Prepare leadership forum updates and reporting enhancements (e.g., Americas Leakage Report).
- Optimize processes and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Handle escalations and enable strategic projects.
- Occasionally present in leadership forums and contribute to culture initiatives (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion, onboarding).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in business management, program coordination, or operations within a regional/global context.
- Proven experience supporting Rhythm of Business processes.
- Background in reviewing data using Excel and Power BI, preferably with financial experience.
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis.
