Job Title: Administrative Assistant IV | VP Support
Location: Hybrid (3-5 days a week onsite)
Rate: $39.00 per hour

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide strategic administrative and operational support to a Vice President and a global organization of approximately 200 employees. This role serves as a key business partner responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless day-to-day business support in a fast-paced technology environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive calendar management for the Vice President.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Manage and reconcile business expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Support executive-level meeting planning, logistics, and coordination.
Operational & Team Support
- Triage and resolve team support requests, including:
- Technology and computer-related needs
- Operational inquiries
- Work stoppage resolution and escalation
- Administrative process support
- Coordinate office moves and workspace logistics.
- Support organizational initiatives related to employee engagement, morale, development, and training programs.
- Assist with divisional and organizational events, meetings, and communications.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate closely with administrative professionals, business support staff, and operational partners across the organization.
- Share best practices and contribute to process improvements.
- Support the communication of team updates and organizational information.
- Act as an information and communication manager for the office and leadership team.
