Salary: Up to PHP 60,000.00 per month

Important:
This is an Independent Contractor role. Candidates are expected to provide their own work equipment, including a desktop and/or laptop, noise-canceling headset, webcam, and a reliable high-speed internet connection. Minimum device requirements include at least an Intel i3 processor (or equivalent) with 8GB RAM, unless a higher specification is required for the role.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Support / Onboarding Specialist to support daily Human Resources operations, onboarding coordination, temporary workforce administration, and cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers and IT teams.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires while maintaining accurate HR records, supporting workforce coordination, and assisting with administrative HR functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, process-driven, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
