Role Overview

The Mobile Mechanic will be responsible for responding to roadside assistance callouts, conducting diagnostics, and carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs on a wide range of vehicles. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdown callouts and perform accurate roadside diagnostics and repairs
• Communicate with internal support teams to coordinate service delivery
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, professionalism, and customer service
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are properly maintained and ready for use

Candidate Requirements

• QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Motor Mechanics (or equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs, including mechanical and electrical systems
• Full B category driving licence (BE category is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills with a calm and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A strong commitment to customer service and problem resolution
