SSO Personnel looking for a Service Manager to lead a bespoke workshop in Waterford and deliver excellent service to our customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s motivated, adaptable, and confident managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop
  • Lead and support technicians to maintain high standards
  • Ensure strong customer service and meet performance targets
  • Monitor performance and drive improvements
  • Handle customer queries and ensure health & safety compliance

Requirements

  • Previous Service Manager experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of motor trade and aftersales operations
  • Customer-focused with a high standard of service
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting
  • Full driving licence
