SSO Personnel looking for a Service Manager to lead a bespoke workshop in Sligo and deliver excellent service to our customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s motivated, adaptable, and confident managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the workshop
- Lead and support technicians to maintain high standards
- Ensure strong customer service and meet performance targets
- Monitor performance and drive improvements
- Handle customer queries and ensure health & safety compliance
Requirements
- Previous Service Manager experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of motor trade and aftersales operations
- Customer-focused with a high standard of service
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting
- Full driving licence
