Job Summary


The Business Intelligence Analyst is a collaborative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role combines strong communication skills, technical expertise, and curiosity to help clients make better decisions through high-quality dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights.


The analyst will collect, clean, and structure data from a variety of systems—including Workday, Salesforce, and others—to deliver impactful dashboards and self-service analytics solutions. Supporting a portfolio of clients, this position requires adaptability across multiple projects, a passion for continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering scalable data processes and client-focused solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs that align with business goals
  • Build and maintain reports within systems such as Workday and Salesforce, extracting data for BI use
  • Design, manage, and continuously improve dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Write SQL queries and prepare datasets for analysis and reporting
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy through quality checks and resolve issues as needed
  • Support clients in interpreting dashboards and leveraging data for decision-making
  • Collaborate with clients to enhance data systems and reporting processes
  • Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with flexibility and ownership
  • Deliver work with excellence, expedience, and a client-first mindset


Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting
  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of relational databases
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Domo
  • Experience working with CRM or HRIS systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle ambiguous data challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and work across diverse data platforms
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM, social science, or humanities discipline


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dbt or other modern data modeling tools
  • Prior experience supporting multiple client accounts or projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality insights with minimal oversight
