About the Role

We’re seeking a part-time Technology Support Intern to help maintain and support office technology. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, organizing tech environments, and learning how IT supports day-to-day business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, maintain, and update laptops, desktops, and other devices
• Troubleshoot basic issues with printers, Wi-Fi, and user devices
• Assist with routine security patches and software updates
• Support conference rooms, including video conferencing, scheduling, and AV setup
• Perform cable management and general tech organization
• Assist with office upgrades, including quiet rooms and workspace improvements
• Help build or move office furniture and equipment as needed
• Take direction from tech leadership and assist with assigned projects

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Comfortable with macOS environments - Windows a plus
• Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting concepts
• Willing to handle both technical and physical tasks
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
