About the Role
We’re seeking a part-time Technology Support Intern to help maintain and support office technology. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, organizing tech environments, and learning how IT supports day-to-day business operations.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, maintain, and update laptops, desktops, and other devices
- Troubleshoot basic issues with printers, Wi-Fi, and user devices
- Assist with routine security patches and software updates
- Support conference rooms, including video conferencing, scheduling, and AV setup
- Perform cable management and general tech organization
- Assist with office upgrades, including quiet rooms and workspace improvements
- Help build or move office furniture and equipment as needed
- Take direction from tech leadership and assist with assigned projects
What We’re Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Comfortable with macOS environments - Windows a plus
- Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting concepts
- Willing to handle both technical and physical tasks
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
