Details: 


  • Work remote 
  • Contract opportunities can vary in a number of ways, including: 
  • Hours: Full-time, part-time, or project-specific hours
  • Length: small projects to long-term evergreen needs
  • Type: typically 1099 contracts, the occasional contract-to-hire or full-time permanent W2 opportunity
  • Industry: Saas products in a wide range of verticals
  • Seeking candidates who are US citizens currently based in the US in any time zone PST through EST.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with client's existing development teams, product managers, and designers to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall technical vision.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Debug and resolve issues across the mobile application stack, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies within the client's team.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies, frameworks, and client-specific workflows as needed.
  • Support the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, test, release, and ongoing support.
  • Specific responsibilities will vary based on the client's individual needs.


Qualifications:


Our clients vary in their use of mobile languages and frameworks. We know you won't be an expert in all of them, but we're looking for mobile engineers with:


  • 4+ years of dedicated mobile development experience using any of the following:
  • iOS: Swift, Objective-C, UIKit, SwiftUI, Xcode
  • Android: Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Android Studio
  • Cross-Platform: Flutter (Dart), React Native, Xamarin, Kotlin Multiplatform
  • Proficiency with API integrations such as RESTful services, Postman, and Axios/AJAX.
  • Familiarity with database and cloud infrastructure concepts including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS/Azure/CloudFront.
  • Working knowledge of Figma.

Hiring Process:
