Regional Vice President (Southeast)

Location: Atlanta, GA; Franklin, TN; or Nashville, TN

Compensation: $250,000 - $300,000 Base Salary + Annual Performance Incentive Bonus + Comprehensive Executive Benefits

In this highly strategic executive role, you will be the driving force behind the Southeast Region's infrastructure and growth. We are seeking a visionary yet deeply operational leader capable of balancing hyper-growth with disciplined execution. You will not just manage a territory; you will build a robust leadership bench, diversify revenue streams, and cultivate a culture of excellence that powers the critical infrastructure of the region.


You Will Do

  • Scale Regional Operations:
  • Within your first 12 months, establish the foundational leadership infrastructure by recruiting and onboarding localized Area Managers (each capable of owning a $30M to $150M P&L) to drive toward a regional revenue target of $500MM to $1B.
  • Drive Strategic Diversification:
  • Successfully expand service line revenue beyond the dominant electrical and mission-critical base by strategically penetrating adjacent markets, such as power generation, water/wastewater, soft crafts, and process piping.
  • Champion Safety from the Top Down:
  • Establish a non-negotiable safety culture utilizing leading indicators, TRIR, and EMR metrics to ensure field execution remains stable and secure.
  • Execute with Operational Discipline:
  • Drive predictable project delivery by strictly following and executing established corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), rather than spending cycles trying to reinvent centralized processes.
  • Turn Integration into Excellence:
  • Capitalize on the challenge of unifying differing regional safety cultures and aggressive growth targets by establishing a unified, KPI-driven operating cadence that relies on "managing by the numbers".


What We Are Looking For

  • Extensive Leadership Pedigree:
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership with significant operational and P&L accountability in industrial services, construction, or energy.
  • Numbers-Driven Operator:
  • Deep financial acumen with a proven track record of diagnosing margin drivers, accurately forecasting risk, and utilizing data to correct performance.
  • Elite Bench Builder:
  • A leader with a deep industry network who can recruit top talent and is deeply passionate about mentoring and passing knowledge down to the next generation.
  • Executive Presence & Decisiveness:
  • Commercial credibility capable of bringing in new work, paired with a bias for action and a clear history of "acting with urgency".
  • Highly Collaborative Demeanor:
  • We are looking for the relational "glue" of the region; you must be highly confident and results-oriented, but strictly "not a jerk".
  • Reference-Backed Track Record:
  • Candidates must be able to provide a comprehensive, verifiable reference stack that includes a former client, vendor, peer, and manager.
